Delivering Client Objectives

The main body of the work we do with our clients is by its nature confidential and so we do not feel it appropriate to show on our website a list of the companies we have either worked for or are working with. However, each of the projects we have been involved in stems from the clients desire to grow their business, either through the further development of an existing product, the launch of a new idea or upon our recommendation to reposition their product within the market place.

In each case we employed our Stepping Stone approach, although during the process we devised a number of new and creative ideas that shaped the work depending upon the particular task in hand. We are not prescriptive in what we do, but we do believe results come from working through a proven and understood process.

Adding Expert Knowledge

The work we are asked to do for our clients is broad ranging and often requires us to bring specialists into our team - perhaps someone who has an intimate knowledge of the market our client is working in or a specific skill that will benefit the project.

Achieving Success Around The World

We often become involved with new market entry strategies for clients who wish to launch into the UK. Initially this may entail us guiding their decision making process to help them understand the cost of entry and the various pitfalls that need to be avoided along the way.

At the same time we are also asked if we can help our clients to launch into other geographies, or at least, to test the markets in those geographies.

As firm believers in the power of local knowledge and having people on the ground where a client wants to operate, we have established relationships with local business partners who we work with on behalf of our clients. Today we have active partnerships in North America, Israel, South Africa and East Africa.
